We will host your documents online or you can host them on your servers.
Scantronix can upload all e-files to the clients’ servers via an FTP or any other method available by the client. During the course of converting a large quantity project Scantronix will make incremental uploads so the client has immediate access to the documents that have already been converted.
Scantronix has partnered with online document hosting companies. This allows our clients to enjoy the benefit of having a robust online document hosting software product at a reduced rate. Scantronix can upload your files and they can be accessed via a secure website. You will be able view all of your documents 24/365. There is the ability to include up to 7 index values per document to allow for varying search criteria.
Scantronix can store the original paper files - after they have been scanned - and the client can have access to them whenever they desire. We have thousands of square feet of dry storage space. If you need an original document we can get it to you quickly.
